Varntige Community Day
We love being a part of this community and for one day every year, we close our doors, and gift our time to a local organisation or charity where we think we can help the most!
There is an application process and in March each year we start the process again where local organisations can fill out our application form and wait to hear who receives our time for the day.
If you are a local Waikato Charity/Not for Profit or other organisation and you would like to receive notifications when applications are open please sign up below.
Sign up to our Newsletter for updates on when to apply for next Community Day!
2022
Kids in Need Waikato
In 2022 we got to help Kids in Need Waikato change over from their winter stock to summer stock, help stock the tog & towel section ready for the sunny days, develop some assets for their social media campaign and of course, create some specialised bags filled with beautiful clothing and items for Kids in need.
We sat down with the amazing owner and founder of Kids in Need Waikato, Linda Roil and discussed how and why she created the incredible organisation and how YOU can do your part to help - check out the video.

Freeman Court Te Awamutu
In 2021 we navigated our way around Covid and Lockdown to help Freeman Court in Te Awamutu. Freeman Court doesn't get a lot of funding for maintaining the gardens and outside area for its residents, so we spent the day water blasting, gardening and painting the area for the upcoming summer months.

In 2019 we helped Mathematics for a Lifetime Charitable Trust. We helped with Bookkeeping, Administration and Design as well as we walked the streets of Te Awamutu selling raffle tickets.
